my old system was very very old and handler was difficult to remove from attic. He and his very nice son worked all day and into the evening to be sure we had AC working. I was given a very good explaination when he gave me the quote of several different options and what the benefits were in each which I appreciated. He knows his business and is very polite and does good work glad we hired him I would hire again.

The family member had fallen trying to get to the thermostat at night, so they lowered it and put a large, easy readable one. I have used them before and have nothing but praise for them. The price was fair. We did wait six weeks or so because I wanted the weather to be better. I wanted it to be more convenient and not difficult for them. They go above and beyond with their customer service. I have had them at my house and I have referred them to a couple of other people who have been happy with them. They have also done work at two other family places where I have paid for them to do the work. I had them work on my mother's place when she was alive and on other elder's places. I would absolutely use them again. I keep going back to them. They are a father and son, and they are excellent. They clean up thoroughly.

Both visits went really well! It was great to know that with the a/c on the blink that we weren't going to be sold a bill of goods and told we needed a whole new a/c unit, to know that Tim is extremely trustworthy and professional. He got it all working again in short order.

The work was very professional and very clean. He informs you of what he's doing while he's doing it. It's not like, he'll do something and say, 'Oh I did this'. He will inform you before he does it and while he's doing it. What could he work on for the future? Cloning himself.

We use him a million times. Our air conditioner is old. He'd be coming like every four to six months, we use him. It's not ancient old but it's old for air conditioner. The house is about 13 years old. He's individual. It's not one of them big... He's a personable guy, very Christian guy and knows his business. It was a fraction of the cost of  the manufacturer because he bought a refurbished one and then put it in. I will go over $200 because compressors are expensive. I'd put like $235. Compressors are expensive. They are not cheap at all. He's excellent. Price is...I wish we could give an A+, excellent. First of all, he's honest. You get them blind prices for parts for your AC and heating and then you just don't know. He's an honest worker, on time and he's a private company. A good hard working guy. What he did well was he recorded what was broken and instead of ordering us a new part, he brought a used part which was just as good that saved us at least $200. He's into saving a customer so much money. He's very good. The guy is wow.

Air conditioning went out on Sunday.  Wanting to get on the list for Monday, I called and left a message.  Almost immediately the call was returned by Tim (owner) who was out of town.  After describing the issue, Tim felt it was the capacitor and said he'd have Micah come first thing Monday.  Micah showed up on time and within 45 minutes had completed the replacement and checked out the system.  I've used this company previously and have always had outstanding service.

We have used Adept for years at our old home and were always extremely pleased with Tim's work. On the scale above, I'd give him A+ for everything if I could! Tim explains everything, diagnoses quickly, responds quickly. When he discovered a second problem (a "two-fer" he said) he got that taken care of immediately, too. Always cheerful, pleasant, professional and very honest. Tim is definitely one of the most reliable tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Over the phone he talked me through what to look at to get it working until he could get there. He explained what I needed to do very well, I got it running and my mom's house was cooling again.
He is very professional and explained what was wrong and what we could do to help keep the inside unit going so that we wouldn't have to call him again - I would tell anyone on this site how professional, and willing to explain what's going on.

We've been customers of Tim's for 6 years now and have been totally satisfied with being his customers. He's shown up once before when we were in an air conditioning crisis and he did it again tonight. We have an older air conditioner and just keep praying it continues to run for as long as possible. My husband called Tim yesterday morning, left a message that the air conditioner wasn't sounding too good and would he come check it out when he gets a chance. Last night I could hear some VERY ominous sounds from the equipment outside and was very concerned. I called again this morning and left another message saying that the a/c sounds were akin to a death march. Tim showed up at 8:30 tonight and got it repaired! Always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and now working with his equally friendly son, Tim is an extremely professional a/c expert and we're very glad we met up with him when we moved here.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Adept Air Conditioning. I have been pleased each time. Our house has separate central units for each side of the house. Tim replaced the entire unit on the other side of the house a few years back and did a great job at a very fair price.
This time, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the damaged thermostat with a new one. I went with higher grade thermostat that offers more programmable functions (I'm an engineer, what do you expect). We ran the unit for a while and he checked the refrigerant level. It was slightly down so he added a pound.
On time, clean, professional, friendly, personalized service and fair.

FANTASTIC! A few months after his service call, I had the air go out and he walked me through numerous things to do. He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes and we figured out the problem, without a service call or any fee!

Called Tim in the evening of the previous day and although he was booked completely he said he would show up by the end of the next day, which he did. I have used Tim for the last 4 times for any A/C problem. He responds to my calls very fast and is available on his cell phone. He tries to troubleshoot the problem by phone, to help you solve the problem and save you the cost of the service.

Excellent - showed up on time, gave us information that will be helpful, made sure everything was working well before he left.

Our A/C system was running very warm on a late friday afternoon. I was not home at the time, so i called Tim, let him know what was going on. He went ahead and gave my daughter a call since she was home. Tim walked my 17 year old daughter through a few diagnostic tests, and was able to determine that he needed to come out and look at the condensor outside.
Tim was all the way up in westly chapel. Tim finished his job up there and immediately headed for my home. Again this was a friday night by now, after 6pm. Tim arrived and started diagnosing my a/c system. The whole time letting me know what he was doing and what it would tell him. It is actually quite nice, not only do you receive a professional repair but you also receive an education and working knowledge of your a/c system, all for a very competitive and reasonable price.
Tim, really knows his stuff, is very professional, personable, and at no time does he talk down to you. He treats you and your home and your equipment as if it was his own. It is very refreshing to receive that type of service.
I would have no reservations in recommending ADEPT A/C Services to any of my friends or you. You can be confident that the job is done right 99% of the time. Lets be realistic, no one is perfect all the time, we all are human, we do sometimes make mistakes, we are all imperfect, but Tim does everything in his power to do the job right the first time.

He said he would come over today after the jobs he already had scheduled.
He worked overtime just to start my service call.
Tim was upbeat, professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems.
He also checked the refrigerant temperature and line pressure.
I've had an unresolvable, ongoing problem that Tim diagnosed as
caused by damage done and covered up by my previous servicer.

I've been using Tim for my A/C service for years. He is very good, and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't really need. I have had to replace inside coils, outside compressor, outsifd fan motors, and fill the freon. He's a one man shop, but does an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

Our condenser unit wasn't running, so we were on AUX heat only on one of the coldest days of the year thus far. I contacted Tim first thing Monday morning. He was prompt to return my call. After some common sense questions (to make sure I hadn't overlooked something obvious, like a tripped circuit breaker) he made us his 2nd stop. His troubleshooting was methodical and soon he had found the culprit - a leaking component in the condenser. We discussed the cost to repair, and the cost effectiveness of repairing an 11 year old unit that is surely reaching the end of its design service life. For now, I elected to repair. He had the part on the truck and had us back up and running 2 hours after he arrived. I've used Tim for several years to do my annual check up on our HVAC and have been extremely pleased with his knowledge , punctuality and professionalism. We are planning an HVAC changeout and upgrade. Tim will certainly be at the top of the list for doing the work!

Their quality was good and they were professional. I will give them A's down the list.

Went very well Tim educated us on ways we could improve efficiency with our system by not spending any extra money. Walked us through exactley what he was doing as he was doing his job. He did a great job

He showed up on time when he said he would show up. He took care of it quickly. He completed the job. He was professional.

Tim was VERY professional, courteous and honest. His pricing was inline with other estimates that I had gotten from other contractors, but I feel he went above and beyond to please me with the unit and the installation process. He finished the job on time and was very neat and clean when completed.
