This company is amazing. Brett is very professional and hard working and very reliable. We call him the Sprinkler Whisperer, he cab do anything with sprinklers and is very committed to doing his best work every time! I highly recommend him for any of your irrigation needs!

Felt taken advantage of

My husband and I received several quotes on getting our irrigation running again. Brett with irrigators was by far the best priced as well as most professional. Will definitely be contacting Brett with all our irrigation needs.

I Called and was quoted a very reasonable price. The work was done within the timeframe given. Brett was easy to contact and very easy going and honest. Would definitely recommend and Would hire again.

Brett responded to my quote request immediately. He indicated that he did not live close enough to my area but could give me a verbal quote which was not going to be more than $500. He mentioned that he would be willing to do a facetime to check the area to understand the request and perhaps a better quote. We did and he mentioned that he would be in my area the following week and would stop by and I agreed. That week and day passed and there was no call from Brett, I even reached out to see if he needed to reschedule and I have yet to receive a call back to this day. The time wasted waiting on his no-show appointment set me back a few weeks due to other companies now being booked out. Although he does service the areas indicated please make sure you live close enough to get serviced.

It went great, Bret showed up as scheduled. I had to leave before he arrived, my wife was there and after he discovered the problem, he was able to explain what he found and what needed to done and the price. Bret went beyond just addressing the issue we called him about, but pointed out the other values while they are working they are the same age as the one that failed and they could last a while longer or fail next week, he explained the cost if he replaced the extra values today, but again it is up to us. While he was working on zone 4, he found 2 sprinkler heads we did not know existed. He adjusted all the sprinkler heads, a few of the spray nozzle heads needed to be replaced, in order to cover the complete zone 4 area of the lawn. We felt he went above and beyond what we expected. From the time Bret arrived my wife felt at ease with him being there and working outside without me being there and not needing to check on him. When we have had work done prior to Bret, we were a little nervous and unsure if the contractors were being honest. If needed in the future, we would give Bret the code to get into the garage / house, to do work while we are away. We have some work on the sprinkler system in the backyard that needs to be done and we will call Bret and no one else. His prices are very fair, I would not ask for an estimate before asking him to get started, that is how much faith and trust I have in him.

Our yard needed new sprinklers and I called three companies. Two were rude and dismissive, one took his time to explain and help me through the process. That was Brett with IrriGators and we’ll never hire anyone else for our yard. Quick, professional, communicated well, did a great job, and was extremely friendly. Overly satisfied in the quality of work and the time it took. Brett is the man, 10/10 would hire again.

These guys did a fantastic job in troubleshooting my irrigation problem over the phone, on a Sunday. They walked me through the steps on how my system works. I give them a lot of credit for willing to help me at no cost. Fantastic guys. Highly recommend.

They came up with a simple fix to our pump problem and had it running in no time. All of their work was very professional in all respects.

Showed up on time and could tell right away he was a professional irrigation man . Dug up old rotors and replaced at the right height with upgraded rotors. After installation he adjusted all zones for perfect water coverage and set timer to complete the service. He went over timer settings and showed me how to operate it also. It was a pleasure using irrigators!
