Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. I watched him for a short time as he was completing the job he didn't say anything just ? smile and continued working. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. "Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled.  He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age.  There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work.  He then replace an outdoor water faucet.  I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced.
