Had all of the gear needed to do the job.  He ran into some problems because this condo unit never had the problem drain access installed on the outside.  Eventually, he was able to resolve the issue by using the sink drain access. He pulled a rootball from the system which was so large it almost did pass through the pipe.  Everything was working perfectly. He advised of the additional repairs that will need to be done to the drain line outside the unit.  Since our condominium association maintains the plumbing outside the condo, I didn't have him schedule the repair as the management company has their on contractors they use.  The plumber left everything if perfect condition sand cleaned up the area in which they were working.  The price may sound a little high, but I don't think it was because of no drain access, it took three hours for them to complete the job. Had this been a new unit with proper plumbing, it would have been much less labor intensive and would have cost significantly less.  I will definitely call Glenn Tatum Pluming should I need any additional work... and I give then an A rating .. on everything. Excellent.

Mr. Santiago ask me to explain in more detailed what my family was experienced with the plumbing problems and I informed him that the toilets, tub, and shower water and sewage was coming up through the areas. Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. He completed the job and he informed me that the main lines was full of toilet paper a lot of paper. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. Mr. Peter Santiago did an excellent job he was a professional the entire time, very courteous, with a warm ? smile. I watched him for a short time as he was completing the job he didn't say anything just ? smile and continued working. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. I will use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs because of Mr Santiago he is definitely an access to this company and I will request him to return to my ? home when or if I need assistance in the future. "Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled.  He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age.  There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work.  He then replace an outdoor water faucet.  I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced.

Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

He was called because my a/c was leaking, when he started to work on my a/c he was very helpful explaining the reason as why it was leaking it's because it was clugged than he proceed to clean it.
