They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. Mr. Santiago ask me to explain in more detailed what my family was experienced with the plumbing problems and I informed him that the toilets, tub, and shower water and sewage was coming up through the areas. Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. I was a little frustrated because of the situation at my home he made me feel comfortable and assured me that he will take care of the issues. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. "Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled.  He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age.  There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work.  He then replace an outdoor water faucet.  I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced.

They have preformed 4 different projects for me, and I would have graded the resultant projects the same as the last project.  The first project required repair of a board on board fence at a cost of $475.00; The second was to install two GFRI sockets with other misc. repairs; The Third project required replacing a toilet gasket, moving a mail box, and fixing a screen front door closer.  I think they are good people to work with.
