For more than 30 years, family-owned and -operated Dave’s Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. has provided professional and honest plumbing repair and installation services at competitive rates for residents of Melbourne, Florida and surrounding areas. And we have served the community by supporting local charities, including NANA’s House, whose mission is to provide a safe, secure, loving home where children can come and experience God’s love and healing. With over 35 years of plumbing experience, Dave’s Plumbing quickly and efficiently solves those plumbing problems that clog up your life. We subcontract only to other construction industries (electrical, tile, etc.). Payment is expected directly upon completion of the work. While we do not offer financing, per se, we are willing to work with our customers, prior to the start of the job, regarding payment, especially for projects such as re-pipes.

"Hi [Member Name Removed] – We regret that you are so unhappy with our company. You hired us to repair your toilets, which we did. While we were there, you asked us to try to get your garbage disposal working; it was jammed, so we unjammed it, and it was working when we left. We also advised you at the time that the unit was old (and well past the expected life expectancy) and would likely need to be replaced if it continued to jam. When you called back to say it wasn't working again, you confirmed that it HAD been working after the plumber left, but wasn't working anymore. Dave advised you again that disposals are basically not "fixable," and you would probably have to replace it. This is likely also what's causing the "smell." You also said you had asked our plumber to look at something else while he was there, but he "didn't seem very interested," and you were upset that we charged you for a full hour, even though we weren't there for an hour. We apologized for any miscommunication, and said we'd be happy to see if we could take care of it (at no additional charge) when we came back to replace the disposal. Since Dave spoke to you on the phone, we have attempted to reach you several times to set up an appointment for this, but you have not returned our phone calls or text messages. Again, we regret that you are not happy with our service, and would welcome the opportunity to “make things right” to the best of our ability."
