"Called them this morning about 8:30 AM and told the office we heard gurgling from the toilets when taking a shower. The office person said the likely cause was a clogged septic tank filter. The office said their crews were really backed up and they likely couldn't arrive until tomorrow. At about 11:00 AM the office called and said someone cancelled and they would arrive today, The crew arrived around 12 noon and uncovered the access covers to the septic tank, cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. Jay and Moe did a great job. Jay provided a recommendation for a different type septic tank filter that won't clog up as quickly. Jay said to buy it from Amazon and they (Green's Crew) could install it the next time the tank is pumped. I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.
