Austin worked with another company I had doing other work in the home in order to have access. He installed a new seal on the door and lubricated the opening mechanism because he observed it needed to be done and he did not charge me for that. He also gave me the Angi Senior discount. His price is very reasonable."

"From Great to Disaster! Out $3424.00 for unsatisfactory and uncompleted work and work that will have to be re-done. Started off wonderful - Ron was the first to respond and seemed eager to assist and prompt in calling and scheduling. Seemingly like a mature professional and not someone who would purposefully take advantage of anyone. This sadly was not the case with me. A GREAT disappointment, shotty work (except for the front door, columns/stucco and shutters/which were done well), everything else not the case. I am far too trusting and believe folks will do what they say they will do and represent themselves in a honest manner. WARNING, they do not do repair work, but they will paint over areas that need repair. If something is done incorrectly, they are not willing to correct it. Be prepared to be scolded "Like I told you"! (even when they didn't)...Not at all the experience, service and most importantly the work paid for and/or expected. Angi reviews reflected satisfactory work - and I am truly hoping my experience is a "one off", or perhaps caught the Owner on a bad day. I love singing praises to individuals and companies that care and deliver, regrettably this was not the case with Greenpoint and I could NOT recommend them based on my experience."
