Accurate Pavers

I had a driveway and pool deck paved in blended gray. I have pavers that rock in place, and some that simply have fallen off. The channel drain has lifted in 4 places. Because so many of my neighbors used this company after my driveway was done I was given an unsolicited guarantee that I would have sealing for life at no cost. When I asked for this to be done I was told they can't do that because, "it would be taking food off my table if I did that." "The economy has taken a down turn." And they don't think it has for me also? I know of 5 driveways they have done in my neighborhood and only 1 would use them again. They do not return calls nor do they do they qualify as doing OK work. Their standards are below OK and their word means nothing.

This company was a subcontractor for the Pool company we hired. They used them to install a paver deck around a pool. From the start they did not prep the base properly. They insisted it was done right and told us to leave them get their work done. Immediately upon finishing we were told they could not compact the pavers because they were cracking. Because they would not compact the pavers they are loose. They said it was due to poor quality pavers and they would not compact them but would use a rubber mallet to pound them down. Within a week we told them the patio was sinking in spots, we had many more cracked pavers, along with several others that are loose and raised. We did have a meeting with the Pool company, Accurate pavers and the representative from the Belgard Paver company. It was agreed by them that Accurate pavers would come back the next Monday (3 days later) to "FIX" the patio only in certain spots. We were told by Dustin that he would quit before he would remove the whole patio and install it the proper way. But Dustin did say there is a warranty. What good is a warranty if they will not call us back to repair the poor workmanship. This was almost 3 month's ago. NO ONE HAS RETURNED. They will not return phone calls. The patio continues to sink with every rain. With the rainy season here we are sure the patio will be totally useless withing a short time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!

Project Manager was deficient on Customer Service. He was never there anytime they came to do work. Never really had an answer to any issue. I had to stop them from installing the wrong design as the project manager did not tell them how to install them and wasn't there. Then had to leave work twice to show up and tell his crew what to do because the Rep could not do so and claimed they switched crews on him. The crews speak Spanish so you are not sure if they understand. They failed inspection by not following the permit and tried to get me to install a 1,600$ section of sidewalk that they were blaming failed. After talking to the permit department it turned out they failed ALL inspection protocol and the sidewalk was fine. Damaged my porch with either the jack hammer or the bobcat and then denied it. They denied the fact that they could have caused the damage, dismissed via email without an onsite inspection. I emailed back requesting further meeting or communication. THEY HAVE BEEN SILENT ever since. NO INTEGRITY AT ALL and ZERO customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID due to poor management and a non caring attitude.

Every phase of the job was done in a very timely and professional manner. We are thrilled with the results!! The person who services our pool on a weekly basis said he sees MANY pools and thinks our installation is superior. He even offered to be a reference for the company!

You couldn't ask for a nicer salesperson but that's it. They installed the wrong coping around the pool and blamed me. The Tiles where nice sharp Browns and creams and within weeks the colors have faded into a muted dirty brown. That was our fault too. We must have spilt a chemical which caused it to fade. It took 6 months for someone to come out and look at the tile. Ofcourse the owner didn't see any issue. Can you? "No job too small, satisfaction guaranteed untill there paid. Really!!

They were slightly outside of the quoted day to be done. I would do some shopping around, but I would use them again if needed. I think they could be a little more prompt.  The price could be better.  I'm marginally happy with the job they did.  It's a little uneven and there's areas they could have sanded better.  The workers were fine.

They did a great job laying the pavers but when I came to clean up they left debris in my pool that was stuck inside my pool and refused to clean it I was never told that I would be responsible for the cleanup of my pool with concrete floating and sinking to the bottom and sticking to the inside of my pool. When the job was completed I was told I'd be sitting out by my pool the next day enjoying a cocktail. I wasn't able to use my pool for several weeks due to trying to remove the fine settlement from the water which became very costly and aggravating. The salesman was very prompt and involved in the beginning and after it was over I never heard from him again even though he knew I was upset about the situation he left me in.

It took 3 months to do it. They weren't bad, but they made some mistakes so we had to hold back some money. The price was good. They had the lowest price out of 3 bidders. They didn't grade the paving so the water would drain off properly. I wasn't here so they did it all. When I got back, we had some dealings where we held back $25000 and we had a fight with the city permitting department, and the city backed them, so it was not a great thing.

From initial discussions and estimate to installation we had no problems.  They were timely, efficient and fair.

Gary (an Accurate Pavers Salesman?)  was relatively prompt during initial meeting.  Although I was satisfied with the work, the workmen did not clean up after the job.  After I registered a complaint regarding same, they promptly returned the men to clean up the job and I paid the $980.00 bill.
Appx. 3  1/2 years later it appears  that my lanai support wall has "settled" some more.  I never thought that such was caused or came about because of the work done previously.  I called to ask that similar work be done again for which I was willing to promptly pay as I had the last time.  However, when I called I was advised that Gary was away on vacation and that another rep from their company wouldcontact me.  I never got the call.  
After waiting over a week, I sent several emails including photos of the area that needed
to be adjusted again as well as some new work on my steps area.  Since I still did not get a response, I called again and this time I was told that Gary was on another call so I advised that I would call back.  I  called back and I was told that Gary had not
 come into work that day.  Ultimately, I realized that Gary simply did not want the job.  I had to assume that he had concluded that the job was too small.  I would have readily accepted such a reason for not taking the  job.  However, all Gary had to do was
call me or even send an email and advise of same.
In late October, 2014 I sent a detailed email advising that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List, etc.
regarding their company's inaction.  Their response?  You guessed it, no response!

My experience was very positive. Good price and job. Ask for Nick "The Brick" Miller to provide estimate and to oversee the job.

Tana was our sales and service contact and she did a great job. She made multiple trips to our home to do the original estimate as well as checking in before, during and after construction. She spotted a drainage issue that she knew would be a concern for her crew and made sure that we all agreed on how to address it. She really knows her stuff. The two man crew showed up right on time and worked long hours each of the three says they were here. I was quite impressed with their work ethic. Not only do they do good work, they thoroughly clean up daily. The cuts they made fit very neatly. I was impressed with the consistency of the spacing especially around the curved edges of the pool and spa. The guys were on the quiet side but always answered any questions I had. This company has good equipment and the delivery truck drivers were courteous and caring. You don't see that every day. After everything was completed they hand shoveled the leftover sand and cut pavers. Later a forklift driver took away the leftover pavers, after leaving us plenty as "spares". We are quite proud of the finished product and feel certain we chose wisely hiring them to do the work.

They did a very good job.  They were punctional, professional and took ownership for their work.

They were here when they were supposed to be. They did excellent work. They were very professional. THey had 8 men working the job, so it was done very quickly.
