"Certified is top notch. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and not too pushy. When I called to tell them that we were ready to go forward, they were able to schedule us for the next day. The workers arrived on time and did a great job carting away the old unit and setting everything up for the new one. When installation was complete, they cleaned everything nicely. They were very responsive to my questions (and I always have a lot) and the folks in the front office were extremely pleasant whenever I called."

"This company is by far the most efficient, cost effective, hardest working crew I’ve ever seen. I had them replace my 20 yr old system and then we found out the previous owner had roof rats which totally destroyed the entire duct work. The previous ac company just tried to tape the duct work, but that’s just a temp fix. The rats had nested in the duct work. This company gave a very fair price with military discount to boot. They even came on a Saturday to replace the duct work. The access was so small only one guy could get through (Javier).? Anyway this guy spent 5 hours up in that attic ripping out and replacing 15 air ducts. The quality of work, professionalism and dedication is above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the people they have"

"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."
