"I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. "Dan C and Shawn R did a terrific job of removing the old tub and surrounds, and the installed a new bright beautiful step in shower complete with two safety bars, soap dish and two shelves. The plumbing and fixtures were Moen quality. We are very happy with the installation. My husband is elderly and the old shower was dangerous. This new one is so good we can't wait to try it out. They're installers went above and beyond very pleased! My only issue was they only used Delta products I would have preferred grohe fixtures. Very fast responses to my phone calls."
