"First time hiring KDK Maintenance Co.. Everything was done in a professional manner. The owner Kyle came out to do the job & did we both did a walk thru around my 1 1/2 acre area of my fenced in yard. I only needed him to do mowing & fertilizer. I did all the weed wacking myself. I am super happy with this company. Made a maintenance schedule for this company to come back. My first time I used a professional to maintain my yard. I was very impressed when I talk with him for a price & how many times I wanted him to mow. Other companies only come out every 2 weeks . I needed someone to come out every 3 weeks. "I need to get more pictures but these guys did a great job. They flagged it and walked it with me. They helped me clear property line boundaries and created amazing shooting lanes at each stand spot. A scattering of leaves won’t pose a problem through the winter, but a thicker layer of leaves may not decompose before the first frost and can instead weigh down your grass and harbor mold or fungi. A thick layer of leaves also cuts off light and air that grass needs to grow. That’s why we suggest removing thick leaf layers within several days if possible. If your lawn goes dormant over the winter and snow has already caught up with you, then remove the leaves in early spring before your grass-growing season starts so your lawn can thrive.
