Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. I had to have them come back to adjust a section of gutter, which they did in one business day. I received the proof of completion on the date of final payment and was told a third party would be reaching out to me to assist with the wind mitigation certification paperwork. They too called timely and set-up and appointment to compete the wind mitigation inspection. They provided me with the report via email on the same day.
