"What an amazing company! I run a heating and air conditioning business in Pennsylvania. My sister and her family moved to Florida and purchased their first home in the spring. Right after they bought it, the system stopped working. I called a couple of distributors and found out that OEL had a great reputation. That turned out to be an understatement. Chad went out the same day to look at the system. I told him I was planning to come replace it, and just needed it up and running. He got it up and running and gave me all of the information I needed to come replace it myself. This is an incredible professional courtesy on his part. Chad warned me that it was on its last legs. The system made it through the summer, but of course, didn't last long enough for me to come replace it. We called Chad a few days before Labor Day Weekend, he was out, diagnosed critical failure, explained everything to me, and again gave me the opportunity to come replace it myself. I asked how soon he could do it, so my sister, her husband and their kids wouldn't be sitting without air conditioning. He had the system replaced the next day, kept me in the loop the whole time and sent me before and after pictures to make sure I was happy. He wouldn't even accept payment until the job was done. This company is amazing!"
