I wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend to all my friends, family and coworkers. Great company that is knowledgeable, honest, ethical and has options to meet your needs and budget. They’re not locked into any particular manufacturer. The owner is awesome and wants you to be satisfied. The pricing for work, equipment and installations is very competitive. If needed, I would pay more to use this company just for the piece of mind. For services like this or mechanics etc, you are sometimes left wondering if you’re at their mercy as far as what information you’re getting and work that needs to be done. I have no reservations when using AIM service group. I have had repair and new installations done. I liked them so much, I became a member of their service plan…not something I would normally do. Bottom line is, if you’re online looking for reviews trying to make your decision, stop and just trust me to get in touch with this company.

It was an excellent experience! All service people were great at their jobs and very polite. They do not cut corners and they do the most detailed work I’ve seen in the industry. Just perfection!

A couple of weeks ago, my parents' air conditioner broke down, and their usual AC company told them they needed a new unit, even though it was only a few years old. They were completely professional from start to finish. Had been without AC for almost 3 days. They came out promptly and helped me find an AC unit and a budget that worked for me and my family.
