Cannot get more disappointing than calling Air Masters and paying for equipment that does not work and they do not come out and service. And for having Air Masters fail to pay subcontractors for work that was completed. No customer service, poor equipment and failure to maintain their warranty or act as a contractor when they are in possession of money that does not belong to them.

I had absolutely no idea what was going on with my system. One minute it was working, and the next it wasn't. I called several different air conditioning companies and every single place wanted to charge me $70 or more just for their technicians to come out and diagnose the problem. And then gave me even higher quotes to fix my unit depending on what was wrong with it. From the moment I called into the office, to the moment everything was finished - I was extremely SATISFIED!!! The ladies in the office were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my problem and had their top technician come out that same day to give me a FREE estimate. The technician called me 30 minutes before he arrived , which was awesome since it gave me time to lock the dogs up. When the technician arrived, he was very professional and went to work right away. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a very good price for repair. We got to talking and he started to explain this new program called PACE which offers 100% financing. I have terrible credit so I really wasn't interested, but the tech explained to me that this is a government approved program and your credit score has nothing to do with it!!! Anyways, we got to talking and I was approved for over 38k through this program to upgrade my home with any energy efficient equipment (I.E. a new roof, new windows, new ac unit). My unit was over 10years old and so I decided instead of me having to continuously repair my old unit, I made the leap and used this PACE program to have a new unit installed on my home! This program really works!! And this company is excellent ! They ended up installing my new unit the following week ( I went on vacation), and let me tell you, SATISFIED isn't even the word for it. From the ladies in the office, to the technicians, to their installers, everyone seemed so nice, professional and knowledgeable ! I would recommend this company (Air Masters of Hernando) to anyone and everyone!!! I will never use another air conditioning company again! Air Masters of Hernando is A+ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Original appt and install fine. But after they were paid getting last details finished not happening. Been 2 weeks and job still not complete and after several appointments they did not show up for they now are not answering my call or returning my voice mails. Worst company. Would not recommend them.

One week, and $10,000 later, we still did not have a working A/C unit. I have never been so disgusted and outraged with a company. Air Masters repeatedly ignored our phone calls, did not respond to our messages, and left us suffering in a home that was up to 92 degrees AT NIGHT. First, they sent out technicians that were not properly trained, and they set up the unit incorrectly. They eventually sent someone out who knew what they were doing, only after we called them nonstop for days. This technician could not stop shaking his head while he was looking at the mess that these amateurs had left. How is this acceptable? It shouldn’t take a week to install an A/C unit in a single family home. I may have been placated if the owner had returned my phone call to discuss all of this, but he had better things to do. Unfortunately for him, I will be posting my experience on every aspect of social media that I can get my hands on.

The service techs were very professional and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. They completed their tasks efficiently and I have had no problems since their work was completed.
