I recently had them out and explained a particular "look" I wanted on a side garden, the tech explained what he would do, which was nothing like what I had envisioned, but I trusted him and once again I am amazed. It turned out even better than I had imagined. I don't know what other companies charge, the service charges are reasonable and I would highly recommend this company and buy the annual maintenance plan, it is well worth it!"
