We have nothing but praise for the way Brett handled the supervision of our remodel. He was always available whenever we needed him to answer questions or to address a concern. He supervised the demolition of the old bath as well as the reconstruction of the new bath. This included the plumbers, electricians, cabinet installation and tile installers. We couldn't be any happier with his work! We would recommend him to anyone who has a remodel or construction project. He was very professional, experienced and his price was reasonable. We love our new bathroom!

He was great and very good. We need a contractor that can be trusted and we hired him. We are really glad that we have him. He did not let us down and there was no problem at all.

He is totally trustworthy and he looks after his customer. We were absent owners and he always had our interest at heart. I doubt you can do better if you need extensive work completed while you are away.

Brett's attention to detail was appreciated. We live 1,600 miles away from the condo, but Brett kept us well informed on the progress. Whenever there was a question, he contacted us. A friend said we'd never be able to remodel long distance, but Brett was a trustworthy general contrator, and he chose excellent subcontractors. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Actually, it was a joy having the work done while we were gone, as we didn't have to live in the middle of a construction zone!

We were out of state just visitng every 6 weeks or so. It ran pretty much on schedule and totally on budget. The quality of work was always high. I totally trust Brett. He may not be the least expensive but he does quality work and meets or exceeds expectations consistently. He does beautiful cabinet work. I felt bad making him install Ikea cabinets in our kitchen but he did a great job.
