They were able to work within a budget and delivered higher than expected results. They said a week and the project was indeed completed to our satisfaction in a week! Dhya was so accommodating and walked us patiently through the project. Wil was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. There was no mess! Wil showed up on time, covered the floor in the work area, worked the project, and cleaned up every evening. The finished product turned out amazing I love it! When I go into my bathroom I always have a big smile! I loved it so much I had them come back to do my daughter’s bathroom. Highly recommend Di Luca Flooring & Design for excellent service, prices, and quality of work. We will definitely used them for our kitchen renovation!"

"Serrano's was not only one of (if not the best) prices I was able to find while shopping around, but Diogo was by far the most responsive and communicative contractors I had the pleasure of speaking with. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done."

They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also."
