Garrett and his crew did an amazing job renovating our condo. The whole process from permitting to final walk through was made simple with no unexpected surprises. It seemed hard to find a trust worthy contractor in the area, we felt comfortable with Cramer Contractors and we are very happy that we went with them, especially being 1000 miles away during construction. They were able to work within a budget and delivered higher than expected results. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a GC in the area, from plumbing, compound, removing popcorn ceilings, tile work, etc.

Cramer Contractors guided me step by step through the permitting process and provided amazing work on the condo renovation. I highly recommend this company - the general contractor and his crew were all wonderful to work with, and paid attention to details. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very personable!!

The repairs to my house in Victoria Park were extensive and complex. An entire area of floor and 2 load bearing walls had to be replaced due to water damage. Garrett went above and beyond the repairs specified by the Structural Engineer. We easily passed all City Engineer inspections due to the quality of work done by Garrett and team. The job was done very methodically and quickly and the finished results are awesome.

In February of 2023 I hired Garrett and his team to renovate my Oakland Park condo. As a result of that renovation I will recommend Garrett for a couple of reasons; primarily his knowledge and experience working directly in and with the permitting process. I cannot overstate the fact that you're going to need Garrett to keep the permitting process moving forward. Secondly, I had previously seen his workmanship and that sealed the deal for me to hire him. When Garrett first started my reno, my condo was a wreck! I mean a total wreck. Here we are, ten months later and I've had zero issues with Garrett's workmanship, that workmanship includes, electric, plumbing, tile work, drywall or flooring. In closing, even with Garrett's persistence, the permitting process took nearly five months! Once the permits were issued, the renovation was completed within thirty days. Garrett and his team did an overall excellent job with the permitting process and the overall condo renovation.

Garrett was extremely responsive. We communicated regularly and he did an amazing job completely re-going the entire two bedroom, two bathroom condominium in a short time. He does quality work! Iâ m so glad I hired him.

You want this contractor! We were on our third company and Garret came in and calmed us and walked us through what he would recommend and do. The job was done in no time and the customer service from Garret and his team were absolutely terrific! He is very honest and trustworthy along with his team. I only hope I can get him back someday to redo our two bathrooms. We lost $3,300 dollars before we found Cramer Contractors and I only wish we would have found him first. Heâ s not the cheapest but he is the BEST and you want him! Thank you, Garret from the bottom of our hearts!

Garrett and his crew were very professional as our condo was remodeled from top to bottom. We were very pleased with how quickly the job was completed . Everyone was so helpful and answered any questions we may have had. After remodeling they left our condo spotless and even power washed the outside stairs leading to our door. I highly recommend Cramer Contractors , we couldnâ t be more happy with their work !

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Garrett was always in contact , his guys showed up everyday and worked all day . Everything was done to perfection . I was scared to hire a contractor because you hear horror stories but they made it so easy , even found me better price on my kitchen cabinets .I have nothing but praise and will recommend them to anyone in need of work done

Kitchen renovation was a dream come true. It's awesome!! All on board were a pleasure to work with and were professional, percise, punctual and clean!! Top notch work. Cramer Contractors did a great job of renovating our entire one bedroom condo after it had been damaged. The workmanship was top notch and all the inspections by the city were completed without issues. What an amazing experience, a man that stands behind his work and was very attentive to make sure we pass inspections. Always followed up and checked instillation after his workers. Garrett found solutions to everything to avoid any setbacks and that comes with his many years of experience. He really knows how to push for permits to be approved which saved us a lot of time, his presence with the inspectors really brought out the best in them because his confidence in his work. When looking for a contractor the only GC you need is Garret Crammer. We had many great talks to keep us up to date with everything really setting us at ease to not worry. We enclosed our carport and was built with the strongest materials to make sure this was done properly .. everything turned out so awesome and my house came out perfect and love pulling up to my house seeing and knowing how well it was done. They completed the work in a timely manner and within the time they set. The quality and attention to detail was outstanding and beyond my expectations. This was not an easy renovation but they completed it with amazing professionalism. When my friends seen the completed project they were all amazed by the quality of workmanship. Garrett and his crew remodeled both the master bathroom and the downstairs bathroom. They repiped my entire town house and did interior painting. Had some hiccups but everything turned out well.

Totally gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms. Great communication and always took my calls. Excellent workmanship. I wanted a Spa bathroom and I got it within the budget I had !! My friends and family were amazed how awesome the new bathrooms look. Also did some extra tile work on my patio. Garrett and all his workers a pleasure to work with.
