"Savio was our project manager. He did a great job ensuring the project was completed as agreed. This is my 3rd home remodel in 3 years, and they are one of the best contractors we've worked with. We had our master bathroom completely redone, painted 2,000 sq. ft. from the ceilings to the baseboards, removed large arches and posts in the living room, added crown molding to the kitchen, opened a wall area in the kitchen, reconfigured the bookshelves in the family room, wall papered two rooms and designed a new laundry room. Humberto completed the actual design of the laundry room based on my wants/needs. I selected all of my paint colors and materials for the entire project. Savio managed most of the project while I was out of state. I would definitely hire them again. Great work!"

"Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."

They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also."
