They were able to work within a budget and delivered higher than expected results. "We remodeled two condo units and a cabana in a 99 unit condominium complex. J P did an outstanding job organizing subcontractors from demolition to reframing, new duct work, electrical panel/wiring/outlets and storm windows. He worked well with our designer and with the building maintenance department in getting the final projects completed in a timely manner with great cooperation. One of the challenges with construction in south Florida is getting permits and delivery scheduling through the local village offices approved and completed. We are more than pleased with his efforts. We highly recommend JP from start to finish."

"Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
