"Raul and his team did an amazing job on multiple projects for us. He installed luxury vinyl flooring, kitchen and bathroom, including countertops and plumbing. Customers say: Quick response

"Hammer Construction Services did a wonderful job on my mom's house. My dad had recently passed away, so it was a difficult time for the whole family. Having confidence in your contractor to show up and complete a project on time is priceless. Fortunately for us, Peter didn't use the same mindset of priceless, and provided us with a very fair price :). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor!"

Small jobs welcome

"We remodeled two condo units and a cabana in a 99 unit condominium complex. J P did an outstanding job organizing subcontractors from demolition to reframing, new duct work, electrical panel/wiring/outlets and storm windows. He worked well with our designer and with the building maintenance department in getting the final projects completed in a timely manner with great cooperation. One of the challenges with construction in south Florida is getting permits and delivery scheduling through the local village offices approved and completed. We are more than pleased with his efforts. We highly recommend JP from start to finish."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Aging-in-place universal design features can make your home more comfortable for family members who are older or have disabilities; they can also make your home safer. In addition, adding a universal-design bathroom can boost your home’s overall resale value.

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

Professional remodelers streamline the process, manage permits, and handle renovations efficiently—significantly mitigating risk while maintaining standards.

Absolutely! You can tailor the design to meet your specific needs and preferences. Whether it's adding amenities, adjusting dimensions, or choosing different materials, customizing your storm shelter ensures it suits your family's requirements and offers the utmost comfort and safety during severe weather. So go ahead and create a shelter that perfectly fits your unique needs!

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.
