"Great overall experience working with Villa’s construction. We did an extensive home remodel including 5 bathrooms, kitchen, floors and a 1000 sq ft addition. I was very pleased with the quality of their work."

"Hammer Construction Services did a wonderful job on my mom's house. My dad had recently passed away, so it was a difficult time for the whole family. Having confidence in your contractor to show up and complete a project on time is priceless. Fortunately for us, Peter didn't use the same mindset of priceless, and provided us with a very fair price :). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor!"

"Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."

"I brought Home Value in for a full backyard hardscape and landscape project, and from the first walk-through to the final sweep, they were solid. They showed up when they said they would, no surprises, no runaround. They?re so easy to reach, quick to answer questions, and they kept me updated instead of leaving me guessing. What really stood out was the honesty. If something wasn?t needed, they said so. If there were options, they?d explain the pros and cons without any pressure. And when the work was wrapped, they left the place clean and tidy, no mess left behind. Bottom line? The result came out better than I pictured, and we feel like every dollar we spent shows in the final product."

"On this particular job, 7 local roofing companies told me the job could not be done because of the size of the skylights and the bracing needed for the installation under the new FL building codes. Jay and his team (inc. Dan the roofer) were able to complete the job in a professional and workmanlike manner on time and on price."

"They did a phenomenal job. On time and clean."

"Excellent craftsmanship. Arrived on time and completed project ahead of time. Put crown molding throughout my home. Looks amazing. I highly recommend Ed Ryan."
