Wil was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. There was no mess! Wil showed up on time, covered the floor in the work area, worked the project, and cleaned up every evening. The finished product turned out amazing I love it! When I go into my bathroom I always have a big smile! I loved it so much I had them come back to do my daughter’s bathroom. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
