"Great overall experience working with Villa’s construction. We did an extensive home remodel including 5 bathrooms, kitchen, floors and a 1000 sq ft addition. I was very pleased with the quality of their work."

"Dia and Wil did an AMAZING job on our kitchen remodel and flooring installation. We had a very specific vision for our kitchen and they brought it to life better than we could have ever imagined! The end result is absolutely beautiful ? They are extremely professional and trustworthy, which is very hard to come by. Price was very reasonable for the expert level quality of service we received. I 100% recommend them to anyone doing a home remodeling project!"

"I’ve met Carlos while he was doing a remodel at my customer’s house. Since then we have added LeBirch Development to our team. He has been able to prove over and over again that no job is to big. He has finished to completion every job on a timely matter that we can keep up with him and his crew. He is puntual and on top of his game. He knows everything that’s is going in his jobs and will harass you to get what he needs to not fall behind. I’ve been in this business for over 17 years and met many contractors I truly can tell you that if you want a job done, professional, timely and from the what I hear affordable you can trust Lebirch Development and Construction ask for Carlos Neira. You won’t regret it !!!"

"I hired this company for the recovery of my home after a house fire. Took over a year to work in my house and the work is still not done, amounting to thousands of dollars to me for completion by other contractors. They were paid, but the work was not done. I paid thousands for repairs and they were also overpaid by the insurance company. I was ignored when I noted items were not completed, this included not installing built-in lighting, cabinet installation was not completed, etc. They cost me thousands in insurance fees alone - and I told them about all this. UPDATE 6/12/24: I rated this company badly because they did not complete all that was needed. However, Noah came back and completed the tasks they were paid to do. It did take a while, but they did a good job to complete everything. I would recommend them."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

Yes, custom designs match existing structural and aesthetic themes.

Hiring a contractor with knowledge about historic renovations and reviewing their previous work is important. You can find a historic home renovation contractor by calling your local historic preservation office, historical society, or any local historic museums nearby. The staff may have suggestions for specialized contractors who have worked for them. You can also ask them about historic home restorations that you have seen and liked in your area to get recommendations for pros.

Italianate architecture is a reinterpretation of Renaissance styles, combining elements of Italian farmhouses and villas with Victorian materials and construction. This home style emerged in the Victorian era, gaining popularity in the U.S. in the mid-to late-1800s. The style came about in response to what many then viewed as the too-rigid and stuffy Classical style designs.

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.
