We cannot say enough good things about Captain Cool who installed a new air unit for us. Shortly after the warranty expired, my neighbor called to say the humidity was high in our condo. Being snowbirds, and back home , we were nervous. Ricky Sanford, owner, responded immediately and sent Tyler (service manager) to investigate. Turns out, the problem was the old thermostat that we had chosen to keep (even though a new one was offered) But, before jumping to that conclusion, Tyler left no stone unturned, checking absolutely every possible scenario. Knowing that we liked the old thermostat, he even offered to try to repair it! We chose the new one. You can depend on this company. It is especially comforting to know that they are looking out for us while we are away. Also, thanks to Emily & Jessica who coordinated from the office.

They were very polite and professional. Worked fast, and the price was very reasonable. They also cam e within one hour of us calling them. We took their preventative maintenance program - only $49 for a year, covering our A/C and major appliances. Great company!
