There was additional work that was supposed to be done but wasn’t due to the fact (it was a verbal agreement) and he did not put it in the written estimate. He also would not grandfather in the price of the “free gutters” that he initially said he would. Anytime he answered my phone call he said “you need to speak with somebody else” or “I’m really too busy” and end the conversation abruptly. I then had to go through two or three other associates to get the initial promised work finished. I would recommend going through the senior estimator Andrew Mosher instead of Wally. Andrew gave my son an estimate for his roof and all of the work was done (with gutters) and no issues whatsoever with the entire job."
