Work was done March 2016. I emailed May 17 complaining that rear seam leaks and front valley shield causes water to be deflected onto front door. During a rain I took a pic and emailed to PG May 17 with the complaint. I received an email response "water is coming out end of splashguard - it needs to be 90 back towards house to create a cup to get into" and it would be corrected shortly. I emailed again June 7, June 30 and July 8 - no response. My advice - hold retainage until after it rains.

Punctual. Did a good job. Have a small leak, but did not come out as requested. Probably my fault, as i did not ask a second time.

When we wanted guttering installed 3 years ago, we did extensive research and discovered that all, or most, of the listed installers bought their guttering from this company. So, best to go to the source. We also discovered that for S. Florida you need the jumbo sized gutters, as anything smaller can't handle the storms we get here. Most of the other installers did not carry the largest size, as I understand that they would need special equipment to handle and cut the lengths.

Rutland passed us over to their sister company, Premier Guttering (Pompano Beach) to make a quote and do the job. The initial job was around $1,050 3 years ago and the add on bit this past April was $350.

At the appointed time, their truck showed up with large rolls of flat aluminum. Their machine rolled and shaped the required lengths.

They did an excellent job installing the big guttering and despite all the heavy rain we have seen here, there has never been an overflow or leak. I do believe this is the best guttering you can get in S. Florida. When we had the add on, we were expecting them to cut an existing section and tap the new part in, but they insisted on replacing the original length, so there would be no joints.

If you have a house down here and need new guttering - get the proper sized gutters!

Just to be clear, I understand that Rutland makes the aluminum rolls and Premier is their local sister company in S. Florida.

They were pleasant at first contact, getting back quickly to come and estimate the job. The estimate was given right after inspection and planning. The price and quality of materials was obviously good, so I immediately accepted the quote. The job was then scheduled and was completed accordingly. Everyone was professional and great to work with. Do use this company for gutter work.

Rutland responded promptly to our call and came to our house to provide an estimate right away. Their rep made suggestions to lower the cost of this job for us. It only took a few days for them to get all the materials and complete the installation. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The half-round gutters were more expensive, but they look great. The K style gutters, which Rutland suggested we use in the rear to save money, were very inexpensive and are perfectly adequate. Both sets of gutters can be painted to match our house. We were very pleased with the entire transaction

The installation went very well the installers were very nice and professional and spoke perfect english. Everything was done very well and cleaned up neatly. The only item I felt could have been handled better was follow up from my sales contact. There was a delay in getting some of the aluminum because I ordered the .32 and I wish he would have contacted me with updates instead of me having to call him. But overall my experience was very good and I would use them again. Much better then House of Gutters which I used after the hurricanes, they used spikes, the gutters whistled in the wind and leaked between the gutter and fascia.
