"AMC Roofing installed a new tile roof on my home two years ago. On 9-28-2020, I sent them written notice and pictures of a leak in my roof. AMC breached their contractual obligation when they refused to repair the leak because I had filed a customer service complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) earlier in the same month. The leak continues to damage my bathroom, dining room, and kitchen/kitchen appliances. This is more than just poor customer service and a breach of contract. This outrageous treatment of me and subsequent retaliation, intimidation, coercion, and refusal to fix the leak in my roof because I have filed complaints with the proper reporting bodies for such matters rises to negligence. Do not hire this company because they are extremely unprofessional, regularly breach contractual obligations, and are very dishonest. You don't want to end up in my situation having to file a law suit to recover for your property loss!"

However ALL OF THE ROOFS in PHASE II are lifting due to poor workmanship. The owners name is Ryan. He will not return your calls or show up to work with the roof owners and manufacture of the roof. Vic is another one who works for the company too. They both have performed very unethically. I do not recommend this company what so ever. Call someone else. Run Fast."
