"This company is very professional and runs like clockwork. Each crew has a specialty in the pool renovation process, and the project progresses through each stage. The only problem is when a hurricane comes in the middle of your project! After that delay, the supplier of the pavers got behind in delivery... But when it was all finally done, it was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen my pool look look like a luxury retreat before! I never enjoyed it before because it was old-fashioned and worn. Now it is bright, modern and inviting. At the end I added a new underwater light that changes colors --- outstanding! I highly recommend this company. Their estimate was reasonable, and the add-ons that I wanted were certainly affordable. Every night I go out on the patio and just look at it..."

From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. The bench seat was made as planned & looks like original equipment. Nice work. I highly recommend Kevin & the Bluewater Team. "Brian at Apex was very knowledgeable. He walked us through all of the options and was never pushy with his opinions...just matter of fact. He pointed us to the most popular combinations and spent s lot of time at their showroom as we looked at tile and pavers. We got three quotes and while Apex was not the lowest, we felt that they understood what we wanted and paid the most attention to detail when it came to the pavers, the draining, our patio, and all of the other factors, We were not looking for a cheap remodel...we wanted it done right. His team did an amazing job. There were some delays due to weather (you can't plaster a pool when it might rain) but in the end it was well worth the wait. The Florida gem surface is awesome, as is the new tile and the pavers. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. We even had a small problem that we didn't notice until the week after they finished and inspections were approved (and after we had paid in full), and they sent someone out the same day to repair it. This is an honest stand up company that I would recommend to anyone,"

"The price and the install went fairly well, but they just left loose ends. They cut an unneeded wire going into the house on the condenser unit outside and just left the wire hanging. We had to call and have them (reluctantly) come back to fix. They also installed UV lights, but didn't ensure the lights was sealed from the house and we had to have them come back (reluctantly) and fix. Getting the permits took longer than it should of. 
All in all, I though most of the work was done well at a reasonable price, but getting the final touches after service was performed was challenging.

"The salesman Donny was very helpful and provided recommendations for a new system. The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. He indicated that he would make sure to have them corrected. I appreciate the professionalism of the company."

He was at my doorstep before 1 PM and Ross the installer was here before 2:30PM and finished at 3PM. FAST, FAST, FAST ! I've never had that kind of response time except for an emergency plumbing repair . More importantly Ross and his co worker did a fantastic job with excellent results !
