"This company is very professional and runs like clockwork. Each crew has a specialty in the pool renovation process, and the project progresses through each stage. The only problem is when a hurricane comes in the middle of your project! After that delay, the supplier of the pavers got behind in delivery... But when it was all finally done, it was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen my pool look look like a luxury retreat before! I never enjoyed it before because it was old-fashioned and worn. Now it is bright, modern and inviting. At the end I added a new underwater light that changes colors --- outstanding! I highly recommend this company. Their estimate was reasonable, and the add-ons that I wanted were certainly affordable. Every night I go out on the patio and just look at it..."

From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. "From start to finish, the job went smoothly and completed on time.  They are very professional and courteous. Everyone was pleasant to work with during and after the job was completed.  I have called them since the pool has been finished with more questions and when it was necessary, ithey have come to my house to personally "show" me the answers!  Also, the pavers around the pool are awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering having a new pool installed or just wanting pavers installed.

"The price and the install went fairly well, but they just left loose ends. They cut an unneeded wire going into the house on the condenser unit outside and just left the wire hanging. We had to call and have them (reluctantly) come back to fix. They also installed UV lights, but didn't ensure the lights was sealed from the house and we had to have them come back (reluctantly) and fix. Getting the permits took longer than it should of. 
All in all, I though most of the work was done well at a reasonable price, but getting the final touches after service was performed was challenging.

"The salesman Donny was very helpful and provided recommendations for a new system. The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. He indicated that he would make sure to have them corrected. I appreciate the professionalism of the company."
