Avoid MasterTouchPool at all costs! This extremely overpriced company is a straight-up scam run by Nilson Silva, a liar, a thief, a greedy person and con artist who preys on people’s trust. He took my money, promised quality work, and delivered nothing but cheap, low-quality trash. After paying over $55,000, everything went downhill. The turf he used burned one week after installation, the water fountain stopped working, my pool pump broke, and now the pool light doesn’t work at all. And to top it off, the tiles in my backyard are staining for no reason, and despite having a one-year warranty, this dishonest crook refuses to replace them. Nilson is a fraud who blames everyone but himself. He dumped those worthless, bargain-bin tiles on my pool deck, replaced them twice before the tenant even moved in, and now the stains are worse than ever. Instead of owning up to his incompetence, he’s flat-out refusing to come a third time. Pathetic. Now, blaming the tenant’s furniture for the stains (total BS, cause the tenants outdoor furniture is made of plastic) but the real truth is the tiles are staining because he used the CHEAPEST materials on the market. He can’t even take responsibility for his shoddy work. Instead of owning up to his mistakes, he hides behind lies and excuses to avoid fixing what he ruined. He is nothing but a scam artist stealing people’s money and delivering broken promises. This man is a total crook, and he’s hiding behind a facade of honesty when he’s nothing but a LIAR. I regret ever trusting him and working with this garbage company. If you value your time, your money, your peace of mind, and your sanity stay far away from MasterTouchPool and Nilson Silva. If this issue isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll take legal action, and you can bet I’ll make sure everyone knows about his terrible, dishonest business. To make matters worse, their lazy, unprofessional workers clearly hired for cheap labor left their leftover food plate on the disgusting, low-grade turf they installed in my backyard, crawling with ants, as if I’m supposed to clean up their mess. The audacity.

This is an amazing company. Everything that we discussed and agreed to in the beginning was accomplished beautifully. This company went beyond our expectations and delivered to us a redesigned pool and deck that is the envy of our neighbors.

Very professional, top notch firm. From design to completion, extremely satisfied with the quality and speed of work. Company worked every day on the project, no disappearing for days or weeks like many pool contractors do. Wish I had found this company when I built the pool at my last house. You won’t go wrong with Mastertouch, I interviewed four contractors before choosing them and I’m really glad I did.

Once again, Nilson and his team come through with that truly "Master Touch." I have been using Master Touch for my pool at my house in Pompano Beach for 5 years now. They have done a lot of work..... new diamond brite resurfacing, LED pool light, regular pool service and maintenance, and now just recently a very complex project which involved upgrading my pool heater to WiFi control. It took some time to get the parts from AquaCal, and then they had to call in a specialist for the install because it involved changing out the pool heater main board, but Master Touch was able to get it installed working perfectly. And now I can control my pool heater with an app on my phone which is very slick and convenient. Always very professional and great to work with them. Also nice that Nilson gives you his personal cell phone number and you can call him anytime. How many other pool companies do that? A+++

My pool is my "Happy Place" and l couldn't be happier? The Fire Up took 30 days and every other day a Pool Tech. would come and make sure chemicals were perfect. What an awesome group of professionals. And a shout out to Tai in the office. I spoke with her a lot and she kept me posted. Thank you Master Touch Pools, you really do have The Master Touch✨

This company is very professional and runs like clockwork. Each crew has a specialty in the pool renovation process, and the project progresses through each stage. The only problem is when a hurricane comes in the middle of your project! After that delay, the supplier of the pavers got behind in delivery... But when it was all finally done, it was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen my pool look look like a luxury retreat before! I never enjoyed it before because it was old-fashioned and worn. Now it is bright, modern and inviting. At the end I added a new underwater light that changes colors --- outstanding! I highly recommend this company. Their estimate was reasonable, and the add-ons that I wanted were certainly affordable. Every night I go out on the patio and just look at it...

Truly excellent service!!! Had our pool pump serviced and drainage valve replaced. Easy to make an appointment, came on time, ready to do the work, and completed the job quickly at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again!

Another A+++ review. Had a problem with my LED pool light and Nilson and his team replaced the board and fixed it ASAP. I only call Master Touch for any pool equipment issues and no one else.

This isn't hard, folks -- you need someone to take care of your pool, so hire Master Touch because they are the best. They do the work on time, always let me know in advance if additional services are needed, bill properly, and charge fairly. No brainer.

They did a fantastic job refinishing the pool - on time and on budget, with no surprises. They come weekly for cleaning, and afterwards send an email with an after-photo of the pool and a checklist of the services they performed. Highly recommended!

Nilson and Master Touch has been great to work with. I have used them for pool maintenance for the last 2 years. Last April they completely resurfaced my pool, rebuilt coping, installed new waterline tile as well as installed salt system and travertine in my pool area. Nilson explained the materials he would use and also how he would do the job compared to other quotes which were lower. Those lower quotes were taking shortcuts in work primary example not rebuilding coping (old tiles/grout cracked and had weed growth already coming through) and just tiling over existing tiles as well as using lower quality materials. On top of that, Master Touch completed the entire job in a little over 1 week. Nilson was courteous enough to check in with me how the job was going WHILE he was on personal vacation. Professionalism and quality is TOP NOTCH with Master Touch Pools.

I used Master Touch Pools to re-surface my pool. After getting several quotes from quite a few shady pool companies, I ended up going with Master Touch, and doing a deep blue river rok diamond brite. I used this company because I felt the most comfortable with them. Nilson, the owner, a super nice Brazilian guy, gave me a fair price and helped me through the whole process. I drove out to his store front shop and looked at several different samples. The hardest part was deciding what I wanted. I would definitely use them again for any future pool work. Honest and professional- which is hard to find in South Florida.

Quoted fair price for replacement pump, but when problem was troubleshooted, it turned out it was a only a timer mechanism instead so the cost was much less in the end. Response time much quicker than 4 other companies I called so they got the job. Owner called me direct. Would hire again.
