Tanner Abel is very conscientious. He is punctual with his appointments, and communicates with me by text message (my preference) about any issues with service or appointments. He is also very polite, fairly priced with his services, and a problem solver. He is maintaining my pool, six waterfalls, hot tub and fountain, and he's doing a really good job.

never showed up when he was supposed to--some weeks he didn't show up at all. When he did he was there less than a half hour, didn't vacuum the pool as he was hired to do most of the time. He did skim the pool though.
