"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. "We've had a problem with a minor leaking shower faucet for some time. A year or so ago we had another plumber attempt to fix it. The fix didn't work and his only other solution was to cut into the shower tile & replace the valve in the wall.
Leaking had just gotten a lot worse I decided to try another plumber. After reviewing Angies List again, I decided to give Joe the Plumber a call. Joe was very responsive and scheduled an appointment the next day. After analyzing the problem, he tried one solution that didn't solve the problem, analyzed again and came up with another solution to try. He had to run out & pick up a part nearby and after installing that part ... the shower is not leaking. He took the next step to try and solve the problem.
In addition to being an excellent plumbing  problem solver, he's a very nice person. I'll call Joe the next time I need a plumber & recommend him.

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters.
