He was professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I had a short deadline because we were expecting house guests less than a week later so he not only brought in his team but rolled up his sleeves and painted himself to get the job done. I picked the wrong color, twice, and they all dealt with the additional work of repainting the same areas without blinking twice. I was never made to feel like it was a burden or a problem. "Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."
