"The biggest problem is that he'll say he's coming on a particular day and doesn't show. We had to call him to see what was up. He did replace our pump and he said he would be back later in the week to check the sprinkler heads. He never showed up. We had another issue with the new pump and called him. Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else."

Joe was very responsive and scheduled an appointment the next day. After analyzing the problem, he tried one solution that didn't solve the problem, analyzed again and came up with another solution to try. He had to run out & pick up a part nearby and after installing that part ... the shower is not leaking. He took the next step to try and solve the problem.
In addition to being an excellent plumbing  problem solver, he's a very nice person. I'll call Joe the next time I need a plumber & recommend him.
