I had previously used Jerry on several jobs. My well water had a bad odor so he recommended we replace with an iron breaker. When I asked him how this system could replace my chlorination and carbon filter system he said I promise you that this is a very good system and he has installed many of them. He installed the system in December 2019 and my water smelled worse. He said it would take a month. Then he said it was the pipes then he said we had bad water. I called and texted him over 20 times always some kind of excuse. He stopped returning my calls and texts in November. I had someone else look at the system and they told me he didnt install it properly. Now I am being told I might need to buy a chlorination system for $3000 which is basically the system he took out. He still will not answer my calls only answers texts sometimes. The system he sold me for $2500 cost him $875 at Gorman. He doesnt stand behind his work. When I told him I was going to turn this over to an attorney he said he would counter sue me. I have pictures and his texts. I would not use him again.

Worlds best sprinkler repair company. I was told by another company that we needed all new wiring for $780 and that my timer was okay but Bobby from total outdoor services looked at the timer control box and it was set to turn on the rain sensor, which is not there, so the sprinklers would not turn on. Bobby correctly set the timer and it worked fine. He then checked the entire system and replaced 2 heads and fixed my lawn mower for only $110!

Fixed leaking well pump. Called him last night he said he would be there between 8 and 8:30 he was there at 8:15 Did a good job showed up on time fairly priced.

I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install

Called late in the afternoon. Answered promptly. Finished job he was working on. In little more than an hour had shown up, fixed the problem and left. Charged a fair price. Was friendly and professional. Will certainly call him again.

The biggest problem is that he'll say he's coming on a particular day and doesn't show. We had to call him to see what was up. He did replace our pump and he said he would be back later in the week to check the sprinkler heads. He never showed up. We had another issue with the new pump and called him. Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else.

He used good material for the work. I would use him again.

My husband made the appointment, everything was handled professionally. He's our new irrigation specialist.

Jerry was very knowledgeable about all things landscaping and was really great about answering all of my questions. He installed a Rain bird sprinkler system which allows us to set our sections as we see fit. He was quick arrived on time and performed the job on the spot. I would use him again and would recommend his services to friends and family.

Jerry missed the first appointment, but seemed to have a good reason. For the next appointment, he was reasonably on time. Seems very knowledgeable and took time to explain.

Jerry and his partner showed up on time. The price was to be 175.00. That was HIGH but I wanted the job and over with so I can get my lawn watered. He kept telling me about some commercial grade rotary sprinkler. Sounded good to me. It took them about 20 minutes or less and they did more adjusting than replacing heads. That involves just a slight turn of a nozzle. He never replaced the heads except for 2 of them and they were not the commercial type he spoke of. They were Rainbirds: they are ok but you can buy them at any department or hardware store. Here's the deal. I was involved in horrific explosion several months ago. It has left me with some disabilities. My speech is not very good due to frontal lobe damage. Even though I sound like I don't know what's going on I MOST CERTAINLY DO. I originally was not going to post a review on Jerry's Total Outdoor service but it is a fact where lately, and quot;I have been taken advantage of since my accidentand quot;. I've decided to KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON ALL HANDYMEN DOING WORK FOR ME. AND call an Ace and Ace and a Heart a Heart. Did I mention the price turned out to be 200 bucks. I could have done that myself and quot;AND DID PRIOR TO THE EXPLOSIONand quot;: at the cost of 20 bucks.

Purpose: The sprinkler heads were leaking alongside the driveway; the landscaping contractor sliced the tubing while edging. The landscape contractor indicated that they didn't slice the heads; and it would cost me additional funding to get them repaired.
Solution: Jerry moved the head further from the concrete to prevent edgers from slicing the connecting tube; and also resolved a panel box wiring issue from the previous sprinkler repair contractor.
Re-repair: I had to call Jerry to come back to re-repair the two heads alongside the driveway; I noticed that they were still leaking 2 days later. Jerry was full with appointments, but did return a week later; the leaking heads were resolved with the second visit.

Jerry arrived a few minutes early (always as plus in my book). Diagnosed and fix my leaking zone value. Over a year ago, Jerry replace most of my sprinkler heads with new Hunter water saving heads and did an excellent job of this at almost half the price of a regional competitor in the area had estimated.

He finished the work in just a few hours. He seemed pretty honest because he found out that my holding tank was under warranty. I bought the house with the well and I didn't know it had a warranty. He said that even though the warranty wasn't under my name, the warranty was still valid and could save me money. He was able to get a whole replacement because it was still under warranty, saving me $800-1200. Everything went smoothly
