We needed our Septic Tank pumped out desperately. I called the office and spoke with Christina. She was so understanding and kind. Even though Robs Septic was booked up, she worked us in and they came out the same day. Price was good too! I highly recommend this company. Thank you

They sent out Will to do the job. He was very professional very nice guy. Asked questions he answer them. Came on time. I would give him a 10 but it would only do five. Even though the ground was hard Too dig he still showed how he likes what he does. Thanks to Rob's septic. Would recommend.

Will and Jose came to my house for a pump out this morning. After opening the tank cover and filter cover they noticed that my tank really didn’t need a pump out but the filter was a little dirty. They explained to me how everything is supposed to operate... very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After some discussion they ended up only cleaning the filter and it wasn’t necessary to pump it out. These guys were very honest. So it only cost me half the price... they saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Rob’s Septic to everyone who needs a pump out, or are having some other problem. They are honest and honorable, and reliable!

Professional They were scheduled for between 8am and 10am, they called at 7:45 to say they would arrive at 8:15 and they did.The actual service provider was pleasant and got right to work. He finished in a short time. I wish all service providers were like this.

I called Rob's Septic Tanks for a pump out because I was smelling sewage in my bathroom. They showed up on time and rapidly determined that I didn't need a pump out; just that my filter needed to be cleaned. They taught me a few things about my system as well. Rob's Septic Tanks is now my go-to company for my septic.

I was impressed by the service representative who came out to empty our septic tank. This is the first house I have owned with a septic tank and was not real knowledgeable about it. He took the time to explain everything to us and stated our tank was in good shape and didn’t need to be emptied at this time. I throughly enjoyed his honesty and integrity and will call Rob’s Septic when we need our tank emptied!!
