Poolside Pros Pools & Hot Tub Maintenance

I would not recommend this company if they are even still in business. Needed a new cover and arms for my hot tub, the cover is oriented in the wrong direction so it won't work with the new arms that I never received. The cover was supposedly the deluxe version, but it is only 1.5 inches thick. Once I pointed out these issues the communication ceased with no call backs or texts. I drove by the address of the company listed and the building is for rent. What a scam.

Endless runaround. Called several times over the course of a month and a half. Always the same story about a part order that was to be received soon and service to be scheduled at the end of the week. That time came and went each time, with no service and no follow up. Left hanging without any sort of HONEST, proactive communication. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, ever.

Poolside pros did replace a failing pump in my hot tub and got it back up and running, but after 10 days they were contacted regarding a leak from their install and they instructed me to tighten something myself and they did not come out to fix the issue. Pas forward 4 months later, the new pump was starting to seize. They were contacted again to check it out and they did come out and confirm the was shot. Although a different leak is suspected to be the cause of the pump failure, they failed to stop out and address the other leak. They were notified about and responsible for 4 months prior. Other things to note...The old bolts removed from the other pump were noted by Poolside pros to be rusted along with the heater contacts. Clearly to me this was a sign of water being present, but I'm not the pro. And after reinstalling the pump and heater, the heater is now propped up to folded cardboard, I guess because they cut out piping and it wouldn't sit the same. Also, after reviewing my home video in my backyard, I captured the Poolside Pros relieving himself in my backyard. After many back and forth with them they have cut ties with me as a customer. I'm out thousand dollars and then right back where I started. Seized pump and no operational tub. I went with this contractor because of the favorable reviews, but after my experience I'd never trust them again.

Zak was amazing got through the problem quite quickly. I actually left my house and went back and get the parts he needed which was a fuse and then came back and repaired it while I was gone and very reasonably priced. I recommended him to somebody else.

We hired Zack to remedy an error code we had intermittently on our Raypak pool heater. We found him to be very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We believe the fee we paid was very reasonable, and everything repaired in one visit. We told him we will definitely be calling him come spring for our hot tub issue. It was so nice to meet someone who got back to us in one day of our initial query for help, and also had a great deal of integrity and service! Thank you, Zack!!!!

Zake went above and beyond to get our pool heater installed. From the first phone call, he was professional, polite, and helpful, walking me through every step that may need to be taken and taught me so much that I didnâ t know about our pool and the whole heating system- it is clear he is extremely knowledgeable on pools. He was open, honest, and upfront about costs as well, which is very important to us. Our previous pool heater was very old so he (and the plumber he brought) ran into some unforeseeable issues that ultimately extended the time it took to get the new heater installed and did add some extra material costs, but overall the cost was reasonable given how much extra labor time it took. Overall we had a great experience hiring Zake and are definitely considering him for future services involving our pool. We have had major communication issues with the company we typically have service our pool, and communication with Zake has been nothing but open and easy. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of pool services!

Great service

Terrible experience. Paid almost $400 and The first day they come to my house all they do was add chemicals and scrubbed my liner. He came out a second time and added a skimmer basket. He did give me some tips but a lot of my messages and questions went ignored and messages were never replied too. I did a lot of the work myself. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Do the work yourself or hire someone else.

Pool went from looking like a swamp to good as new. The liner is nice and clean and smells fresh. Service was amazing. I also received a few pool maintenance tips that I did not have prior knowledge of before the service. If I ever need my pool cleaned again, I will use poolside pros.

They were super professional, very fast, they showed up on time, they were very clean, provided a good price and exceeded our expectations.
