Shower Installation and Replacement
I did a new shower replacement in 9-2023 with National Bath ,inc.
In first months/ year it looked beautiful just like the pictures.
Since a few months ago and now in 9-2025 I noticed worsening yellow stains in the 4 corners of the shower floor ,in both sides of the divider in middle and around the drains. Although I HAVE cleaned the shower floor with all cleaners recommended by the company and have used the recommended scrubbers -even a battery operated scrubber -the floor of the shower is looking very unsatisfactory unclean .I contacted the Naional Bath INC,on 9-6-25 ,I sent pictures of what I saw and was not happy with .
Without even coming in person to see the damage ,and definetely NOT HONORING their own 100% LIFETIME WARRANTY ,yesterday 9-29-25 I received an EMAIL saying that its not their fault,It is due to me -a 70 yr old senior customer not following their proper cleaning and maintenance instructions and not doing the required SEALANTS.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Our sales person Jeff Beback we very good and followed up with us on everything. The installation was what was promised and the installation team did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the work was done. Since the installation we have had questions as to why the handles in the shower are discoloring and what should we do to fix them. We contacted Jeff, he’s been very responsive and forwarded our concerns to their customer service team three times but they have not responded. We have disappointed in their lack of follow up on what seems to be a very simple question.

Walk In Tub Installation and Replacement
Door on walk-in tub will not latch. The latch is off the track and because its a solid door it cannot be repaired it must be replaced. My wife and I started this process back in August 2024 and now it is January 2025. STILL NO RESOLUTION, and my wife cannot use tub for her therapy. Inexcusable!! Terrible customer service! Questionable product!

Ive been patiently waiting for 2 months for the installer to come and replaced the faucet on the shower for 8 weeks. Ive been given Chazs number, juniors number; customer services number whomever Ive called atleast 10x in 2 months. They just bull**** ya that they are gonna come back. They're LIARS.

The work they did I am having to have redone 6 months later due to leaks. No accountability, no professionalism or customer service. Take your money and run type business. I wish I could post a video of the water running down the inside of my shower wallâ ¦ totally predatorâ s, beware!

They donâ  t honor their warranty. My recessed shelves in the shower rusted after 5 weeks of use. They used inferior materials and have not yet gotten back to me. For 21k I expect better customer service. Most likely I will have to sue them.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our bathroom remodel was suppose to be at most 2 weeks and it took 3 months. The contractor had to come back several times to fix problems and left a ridiculous mess. The sales rep, project manager, and project managers boss were all very difficult to deal with. The lack of communication and disregard for the customer was unprofessional and very exhausting. I hope to never have to deal with them again. The worst experience ever.

21 hours ago Lilly in the Service Dept was great about getting us scheduled for service quickly, and then followed up after the service call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Ben was the Service Tech who came to our home. He was very professional and meticulous with the repair. The stain was a challenge, but he got it out. I couldn't be more pleased. We love our new showers and this company have been great from beginning up to now. I really appreciate the excellent service we received. Many thanks to Lilly in the Service Dept and to Ben, our Service Tech!

National Bath Beat all my expectations. I had a tub to shower renovation done, from beginning to end, National Bath personnel were helpful, professional and innovative. I first dealt with Allie, call center, Daniel T in Sales, Jacqui, project manager, and Leonzo , installer. They worked with me on price, and provided so much information! The materials were ready before projected time, and installed with great care. My shower is not only beautiful, but practical. I have a mobility issue and they made sure their installation would work for me. I highly recommend National Bath
