"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

He immediately installed a new faucet I had previously purchased from Home Depot and began removing the old garbage disposal. Joe then installed a new Insinkerator model I had purchased from him as part of the package, tested everything, and finally cleaned up the area. He was professional, certainly competent, and I will definitely use his services again!"

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs.
