All Custom AluminumWonderful! The old screenroom was built by a different Tallahassee company (DMC), and it leaked from day one! Water was pouring out of a light fixture which cause anyone who opened the door with any moisture on them to get shocked! After several trips out to try and fix it, they stopped returning my calls. After the storm I called All Custom Aluminum and Chris and his crew were amazing. I haven't had any issues with leaks since the guys left! I highly recommend them!- Timothy D.

Jim Rutherford Construction & Remodeling LLCWe bought our house in June of 2012. Great canal location, solid house, but had been neglected and needed a lot of work. Needed major concrete spalling repairs, doors and windows, kitchen and bath work, porch screens and ceiling. Because we live 1700 miles away it was a long distance project. We met with Jim after the closing in June, along with other contractors. After checking reference and meeting in person with him we selected him to handle the project. We are very happy we did. Him and his crew have been great to work with and everything was completed when promised. His men are a pleasure to be around. Very polite, very good at what they do and neat and clean. We have used Jim as resource for recommendations on other tradesman for work that his crew doesn't do. Would highly recommend him for your remodeling work and a new house. He has a very good reputation in the Lower Keys and has a good working relationship with the building inspectors, which is very important. A major long distance project like ours can work if you have good people you can trust. Be careful, there are a lot of pirates in the Keys, but there is also a lot of good people. They were so easy to work with! And so professional! The crew was a delight. I could tell they cared about their work, they wanted to do it right and that were extremely competent in understanding the engineering it takes to make all these structures and ensure they're stable, and sloped right for rain runoff... the result is not only exactly as promised, it's functional, and beautiful to look at! They did a knock-out job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any of this kind of work done. You will be nothing but totally satisfied! Lundy's Screen RoomsThe service was amazing, I love the fact that I felt like I was dealing with someone who really wanted to help and provide an amazing service and not a person who just wanted the money. They listened to all my ideas and took them into consideration when the did the work. The staff worked in a timely manner and finished the job when they said they would. When they were doing the screens, it did not feel like I was getting work done at my home, they were very neat and even when they finished the job they made sure to clean everything up and leave my house looking like they were never there. I definitely recommend Lundy's screen room company to everyone, I have even recommended a lot of my friends to get the service because It was really good service for an affordable price and I would definitely use it again if I ever needed them. All Custom AluminumWe found All Custom Aluminum at the Tallahassee home show in February. Of all the providers at the home show, it was Andre Heron and his brother who were the most interested in our project and the most responsive. Even though I had some idea of what we wanted, Andre gave suggestions that turned a simple project into a masterpiece! These guys really know their stuff. The work consisted of pouring concrete footers first, then putting up the aluminum. The entire project (both rooms) took roughly five days. During that time, Andre continually checked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we had hoped for. When the job foreman had questions, he got Andre on the phone and the best decisions were made in consultation with us. My main objective was to maintain the architectural integrity of this 100 year old house and All Custom Aluminum did exactly that. They customized the job to highlight the home, not the other way around. The finished product is spectacular. In addition to the screening, some existing guttering was changed to make the project more functional. Andre went above and beyond his original plan whenever he saw that it could be better and yet he did not charge me for the extras. I did change my mind on one aspect of the job - the kickplate - and he, without complaint, made the change and charged for the materials only. He has since called and visited to make sure we were happy with everything. The quality of the workmanship, the professionalism of the owners and workers, and the design assistance have been outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.- MARGARET D.

Stay far away from this company. I had three electricians come out to verify why i was not getting power to my pool pump. Bolt made claim that my electrical wire were of the wrong size which could cause a potential fire and most likely melted the line in the home. they stated it would cost just under 3 thousand to repair. Two other companies came out and verified that the wires were of correct size and major repairs were not needed. the problem actually ended up being the pool pump as their was a supply of electricity running to it. When i called bolt to let them know of the unethical behavior they denied that anyone in their company would do such a thing and got mad at me for calling them out. Clearly they encourage this type of behavior among their staff and will stand by it. stay clear

Staff was kind and considerate. Installer did a good job. However, when Mr Karoly did the estimate I told him I wanted to used my current door knobs. After installation my handles where too large to be used on the inside without scaping everyones knuckles on the other door when opening and closing. A friend of mine scraped his knuckle, it could have been more serious issue. When he did the quote it seems like he should have known the handle was too large. I had to buy a new inside handle. Thankfully I was able to find one to fit after research.

Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.
