"Leandro the manager and Maria are a pleasure to work with. We went over the job to replace and seal all the pavers around my pool, select the pavers and replace the bottom portion of our pool screen which were 11 years old. The work team of 3 was professional, hardworking, paid attention to detail and very knowlegeable. They arrived on time everyday, worked diligently, left work areas clean, were friendly and always checked to see if I was happy with the work at the end of each day. They did an amazing job and created a beautiful pattern with the pavers recommended by Maria. They charged a fair price. I got 9 quotes and they were in the middle price wise. Our family loves our newly renovated backyard. Thank you for the incredible work your team did and your suggestions. I wanted a more modern look but still maintain he Spanish style of our development and your company achieved the look. We are very satisfied with the work CS Homes performed, will definitely use them again when needed and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."

"They did a good job from estimating the scope of work to completing it to our satisfaction. Not the cheapest guys around but the quality of their work is excellent. One minor blip was addressed immediately and appropriately by Mark, the owner."

"Chris was great to deal with, I got multiple bids and chris was by far the most reasonable and he was able to come and get the job started and finished right on schedule. We will be using his company in the future for all our seal coating needs"

"Nir and Crista were both very professional, conscientious, customer service oriented and â ¦â kind.â I found they both went the extra mile to guarantee satisfaction of the services rendered - in this case, the proper repair and adjustment of our (older) garage door. Nir also took the time to explain the troubleshooting process, allowing me to understand the issues and the remedy. I definitely plan to use them in the future."

"Very convenient! Exactly as advertised. Will use them again. Thanks guys."
