It went better than any of my home improvement projects. It is a pleasure working with Dan and Sharon. They are not only very professional but a pleasure to work with. They are very customer centric and communicate very well.

This family owned company was pure gold. They exceeded expectations in almost every way. Their communication was excellent with regards to scheduling, performing the work, etc. The final product looked fantastic and the craftsmanship was excellent. Also, and most important, is that they went above and beyond to help us when a separate, unrelated subcontractor failed to show. Darren (co-owner) went out of his way to ensure that the work they were to perform was completed. A class act all the way. I highly recommend this company!

If I could give something lower I would. Very disappointed in this company in taking care of my repair needs. I understand there were a couple things like bad weather and sickness. However, after getting my hopes up on “3” different dates and changing each of those dates. Then said they had other jobs they had to do before us after canceling my job on three different occasions. Again to be fair there were some circumstances that they had on their part that I understand. But I do not feel that they made an effort to get my job done timely after the 3 cancellations. I hope you have better luck with them than I did.

Floors were installed on schedule and we are very pleased with the results, floors look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Would definitely recommend them.

It was amazing. They were on time every day. They had to rip up all the old wood floors. It was a massive job. I had just had my cabinets refinished and I was nervous they would be damaged. They were not damaged at all. The job was not easy. They had glue to remove and yet with all the back breaking work they had the job done and the new floor installed on time. They are a family business and take great pride in their work.

Knock on Wood did a phenomenal job! Not only do my floors look stunning now, but the work from quote to installation was fast and super efficient. The entire process was completed in under a month for me (and that’s even dealing with my home insurance). Sharon and team were also super respectful, kind, and informative at all points in the process and were easy to contact if I had any questions. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to get quality work done for a nice price!

Wonderfully! They did a very thorough job preparing the floor which was covered with carpeting, hiding the terrible flooring underneath. They replaced the plywood underneath and stabilized the connections. Then they installed the wood flooring. It took a week of solid work of 5 people but the result is magnificent. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job that this company!

They were professional, kind and did an excellent job removing our vinyl plank removing the underlayment that was causing problems and reinstalling the floors without breaking them. The floors look perfect now! We are so pleased and we would hire again if we need further flooring work. Give them a call!

Prompt and professional! The installers were great and courteous. Moved all the furniture prior to install and put back when completed. Made sure the floors were cleaned and took the box waste with them. Would definitely hire again and recommend them.

Dan and his two member crew were timely, efficient and very professional. They worked as a precision team, never stopping until they were done. We are thrilled with the perfect installation and meticulous cleanup and furniture moving required. Strongly recommend.

Sharon is the most knowledgeable professional on floors that I have met. With her tireless help, I was able to have all the materials ready right before the D-Day. They did a fabulous job and attended every details. They worked efficiently with high standard. They even helped me moving three heavy furniture to the curbside and put back all the folding doors taken off by the painting company which was working prior to them. According to the cleaning lady, they are kind and humorous. I always believe good company takes care of their crews.

Dan and Sharon are easy to work with. Used them twice to install hardwood on two projects in my home, three years apart. They did great job both times. I would use them again.

Both Sharon and Dan are nothing but professional with EXCELLENT customer service, great communication during the entire installation process. Sharon met me At my house for a consultation and with a few days her team started the project. I was never left wondering about anything during the process as Dan even sent me pictures as the project progressed. I am beyond happy with my floors ! I highly recommend Knock On Wood Flooring.
