Hi-Tide Tech service was OUTSTANDING! First, they were 5 minutes early for the appointment! Being from the “old school” I believe in punctuality. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time doing the work I’d hired them to do! (Install a wall mounted 75” TV). They completed this job in less than one hour, including setting up and programming the new TV for me and showed me how to use it! And, all I’ve just said ain’t “fake news” folks! It’s the real deal!!!

They installed three big TVs.
Two inside and One on a cement wall outside by the pool area.
The one 75" TV inside on a Marbel Wall was installed in a very tight spot the Professional himself Owner "Brady" actually also does computer was very specific with his measurements,".... knocked it out of the park as they say in New Jersey......"

A Pleasure to Work With
Brady from Hi Tide Tech was a pleasure to work with.
I contacted him about evaluating my TVs, which were not working, after a thunderstorm. He said he would hate to charge me for a service call just to tell me I needed new TVs, which I really appreciated. He told me how to troubleshoot them myself.
As it turns out, I did indeed need new TVs, so I contacted him again about installing the new TVs, which included picking them up from the retailer, and taking the damaged TVs to a shop that could evaluate them and who would fill out FPL’s form so I could submit a claim.
I had a narrow window in which to pick up the new TVs from the retailer. Brady was quite flexible and able to meet my targeted date.
Additionally, because of some construction work nearby, the internet went out and he was able to set up the new TVs using a hotspot. This was a good experience, and, his price was reasonable!
