"Had them come out to fix showerhead that came off Now I have a great shower. Had them check out All the Plumbing couple of small problems will fix.Nice to have a skilled plumber on hand."

"The shower is beautiful. The salesman, Danny was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He was efficient, kind and easy to work with. Danny listened to what we wanted and followed through with our needs. The installers were professional and meticulous. They laid down a path of sturdy cloth to walk on and cleaned up completely. The whole job was done in a day. The quality of the materials was excellent and will last a lifetime. I would recommend Premier Home Pros to everyone."

"While we have not yet had the installation because our shower is custom, Bryan Petrich, the sales rep, so convinced us of the value of his product (that comes with a lifetime warranty) that we cancelled an appointment we had tomorrow with another company and signed a contract with Bath Planet of Morgan Exteriors. This was no walk in the park for Bryan as we are savvy consumers, and I border on the cynical when it comes to sales pitches. That said, Bryan won us over with the quality, design choices and user-friendliness of his product. We were looking for quality, warranty, and functionality for folks with health issues that necessitated features that provided stability (grab bars and non-slick flooring) as well as ease of use (easy to turn on/off handle and a wand showerhead that also allowed for flexibility). Not only did Bryan convince us that Bath Planet was the right product for us, he did so in an open, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and undaunted (by the cynic's comments) manner, so that I saw the value in the (custom) product and work (no subcontracting) he guaranteed we would find with Morgan. We were moved by his enthusiasm for and endorsement of both the company and its products. He sought ways to aid us financially, including discounts for senior citizens, a six-month interest-free payment plan and even a bonus for guessing the project cost. When we were still hesitant, he called his manager and went to bat for us. As far as I'm concerned, Bryan hit this one out of the ball park."

"PROJECT: Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling REVIEW of: Bruce Lee We initially met Bruce Lee to give us a quote for our kitchen remodeling project. He impressed us straight away with his politeness, respectfulness and his warm and unassuming manner. It became clear very quickly that Bruce also has good knowledge about Morgan Exterior’s bathroom and window products/services. This made the search for contractors for our remodeling project faster and easier. Bruce has been with us every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. He gladly returned to our house to give us another demonstration of Morgan Exterior's products and services. He helped us stay on track and focused on our home improvement goals. Bruce's professionalism, knowledge and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We have never felt that he was just trying to sell us a bathroom or a kitchen remodeling product/service, but that he was a mentor, ready and willing to help us to make the best decision for our family. Without a doubt, we would want to work with Bruce again in our future home projects.""

"Jacob was exceptionally responsive and communicative and did fantastic work. We had a short timeline to get the drywall repair done, and he worked within our schedule. Because he is local, he came 3 separate times to mud the wall and sand it until it was right. He was always on time and very dependable. The repair job looks great. I will definitely use him for future work and based on his photos on social media, I will ask him to bid on any remodels we might do in our new home."
