They did not respond to texts or calls. We contacted MUT construction, they came out right away, assessed the issue, recommended a total redo of the screened enclosure. We agreed to their assessment and price and they started within a week, and finished the job in one day. They were very professional, and pleasant to work with. We are happy with our lanai and highly recommend MUT for any construction projects."

She showed up without half of her supplies, without her helper (who got lost), and then proceeded to do a very basic and half-hearted cleaning that in no way would qualify as "deep". I contacted the owner, Conrad, and he asked me for a list of items that were not completed, which I provided. After not hearing back from him for five days, I followed up asking for a resolution, at which point he sent me a nasty email questioning my manhood that was very insulting. Do business with this company at your own peril!"
