While all the contractors were responsive, Jon Meyer, the owner of Designer Lifestyles, listened to me and re- wrote an original estimate from his company. He personally went to my home and checked everything I told him . He listened to my needs and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the ( extensive) work. We ended up selling the home “as is” because of issues collecting reasonable funds from Allstate and the fact that we live out of state.
