Russ and his team did a lovely job. They rose to the occasion when another contractor cancelled a critical appointment. Russ is the owner operator and he was on the job directing his team from the first moment. Even when he needed to leave to check on another customer, he came to let me know when his team would take lunch, when to expect them back and when he would return. His team was polite and friendly. He examined all the work and told me that as the paint dried to keep him apprised of anything wrong. He is perfectionist and a professional. Even when he was addressing his team about something he wanted done differently he was polite and respectful owning his own responsibility to have shared information in advance. When a change needed to be made to make spacing look right, he explained to everything to me first. I would hire them again tomorrow. Russ is the bomb!

They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. They took care to clean up after themselves. I have recommended them to all my neighbors. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

It was a free estimate. They were definitely good. They specialize in doing this type of work and so forth and it shows and their ability to come in and inspect the job. They got a good work crew. They came and did that job. They it fast and very well. I would recommend them highly.

Excellent. cannot say enough good things about my experience with Royal Crown and Russel. Robert responded immediately to my request for a quote. Russel showed up on time and gave me their special price for a 2000 sqft apt plus did not charge extra for a larger size molding to match my 10' ceilings. The crew showed up on time and installed and painted the entire job in one day. And what a wonderful job! The corner molding edges were all perfectly matched and the paint job perfect. The crew were also a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely hire them again.

As promised. Everyone showed up on the day and time arranged. The workers were professional; took much less time to finish the job; and cleaned up everything before leaving. This company's price was considerably less than the other quotes I had received; and, I was even able to get my Angie's List 5% discount. What more could you ask? Not much, in my opinion.

Perfect!! On time on budget. Staff was excellent!! Cleaned up after each day of install. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

Robert showed up promptly for the initial appt. , was very professional, gave us details on the work they do and what to expect from the workers.  The estimate came in promptly and competitive with a couple of other estimates for the same area's we wanted the Crown Molding to go.

When the workers came in they were everything Robert told us.  They were punctual, courteous. very efficient and cleaned up the place before they left.  When I say efficient ...we expected they wouldn't get it all done in the same day.  They not only got it done they got to our house at 9am and were done and gone just before 5pm.  

The work they did was fantastic.  They caulked and sanded down all of the seams and any faults in the molding then painted with semi-gloss paint.  They also have a wonderful finish at the ends of the molding that can't connect with anything.  The plant shelf between the top opening between our kitchen and sitting room is a beautiful touch and well worth every penny extra.

We are very happy with the results and how "finished" it makes the house look.  We will bring in Royal Crown for the rest of the house when we get some remodeling done down the road.

The crown molding installation done by Royal Crown and More exceeded my expectations. We love the new look of the house. I didn't realize how much character crown molding would add to the rooms. The crew was professional and arrived on time each day. The job took 2 days to complete. If your looking for crown molding I would highly recommend this company.

After I contacted the company via email, one of the owners Robert Mayrand responded back to me right away.  I made an appointment for which Robert came to discuss and outline my project and to furnish an estimate.  For what I wanted it would take an estimate of three days.  A four man team including the team leader (the other owner) arrived on time every day  (punctuality is very important to me) and  immediately got right to work.  The team was very professional and worked like a well oiled machine from the time they arrived and until the project was completed. They are very neat and did not make a mess and if anything needed to be vacuumed or moved back in place, they handled it.  I love the work that was done, it changes the whole look of the house.  Everything appears so pretty and new, it really brightens up the house.   Also, I really appreciate receiving the follow up call from Robert once the project was completed to make sure that I was satisfied. I have a couple more projects on my wish list and will definitely use Royal Crown and More in the future.

From the initial meeting of the Royal Crown team at the Jacksonville Home Show to the Free In Home Consultation to the Installation Job, these guys were fantastic !!!  Everything went as planned, except for the fact that they were done a day earlier than expected.

The craftsmanship was awesome, the quality of the crown was as expected and no last minute price or product changes as commonly done by some of Royal's competitors.

I would highly recommend Robert, Russ and The Royal Crown team to any friend or neighbor looking to have carpentry enhancements to their home.  A++ all the way !!!
