job went well... we had some unfinished crown in our kitchen as we ordered the wrong size of crown for our cabinets. Overall the work performed looked really good, however we are having trouble getting ahold of the company to come back and finish the kitchen now that the correct crown has arrived. :-(

It went fine at first. Once I tried to call them back to discuss removing/replacing crown, the owner is rude to me because I called the office a few times waiting for their return call. He went on a little tirade. I'm sorry, but that's not how you treat your customers. The owner berated me asking why I was calling several times. I guess they are not interested in growing their client base, because they just lost one.

"I'm sorry you feel this way. I am the person who answers the phone. I remember this instance because I couldn't believe someone would call a professional company and not leave a message or wait for someone to be able to return a call when the caller continues to hang up before voicemail could pick up and repeatedly call back 4 times in a row. I was driving and unable to answer right away. I make it a practice to not answer the phone while I'm operating a vehicle for reasons such as safety and I am unable to write or take the customers information. I'm glad the internet has made it convienent for people to be able to rant and only tell half the story and in the process try to ruin a company'[Member Information Removed] reputation."

having no exp at all with crown we wernt sure exactly what we wanted..sizes..styles..etc..we didnt need to be concerned as dave knew exactly what was best...our first words seeing it was 'perfect.' !!!.the workmanship was great..everyone who has seen it comments how well the cuts are esp in our many angled walls in our house..new to the area and not living there also can be difficult..but everything was done very professionally and we had nothing to worry about..we got the free est one week and it was completed the following week.. a week or so ahead of schedule..now we are thinking up other molding ideas as it was such a huge improvement....we very much recommend jax crown

Very well. Nothing to it, they were left on their own, without any interference at all. Nice men, work harmoniously finished on time. It was a pleasure having them do the job. They ran a discount for a short period, paint was furnished.

The Jax Crown crew came out and pre measured every wall. They showed up when they said they would. The did a great job with some very detail work. They finished in 1.5 days. They cleaned up after themselves, guaranteed their work and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Dave and crew were meticulous in measuring all rooms and built our full panel wainscoting based on pictures and our input. They arrived when they said they would, had everything precut and installed, painted and caulked. The crew was friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. It's clear Dave takes great pride in his work, having a reliable crew and delivering the best outcome for the customer. The work is beautiful and continues to receive rave reviews. We will be calling Dave again this spring to help us with more moulding work.

David and his crew put crown molding in the entire house, wainscoating in the dining room and bathroom and added char rail and wainscoating to the staircase. I have a two story house with several tricky angles and everything is beautiful. The entire crew was very hard working and did an excellent job on the wood work and painting. I was so pleased with the work that I have hired them to do another job of creating a beautiful accent wall around the flat screen TV. It is beautiful and just as described. The wall is 20 feet tall and now is the feature of the house. This is definitely the team to hire for your crown and wood working needs. They are all professional and very hard working. My 15 year old house looks new again. The moldings really add so much detail. I could not be more pleased with all the work they did in such a quick time. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely use them again.

We had no problem. It was great. We had a lot of work done last year because we found some mold in the house and we had to get a contractor to come in to clean out the mold and everything and they were one of the people they suggested to come in and do some carpentry work and everything. They were very punctual. Whey said they were going to be here they were here. They got the job done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work so i guess it was worth it. Quality is very good. They were here on time if there was anything going on they let us know about it. The guy explained everything he was doing because there was a couple of things we had questions on and he showed us what it was going to be like and how it would work

Excellent work. David and his crew showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete (6:30pm). They worked non-stop with a short break for lunch. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work he performs. I loved his attention to detail. I will be using him for my whole house. And he is more than willing to work with me as I am upgrading my house room by room.
